DVC Bed/Sleeping Configurations

Disney Vacation Club properties offer different bed configurations based on their construction and room disbursement. Most DVC units have at least one of the beds in the pullout or sofa variety. The table below lists the most common configuration in each resort. These are subject to change.

Regardless of the bed configuration, the number of people allowed in a studio or villa is strict and is enforced in all cases. Please review the dvc occupancy page to review those numbers and rules.

In addition to the bed layout below, every DVC unit also provides one pack-and-play unit for a baby. This item is located, by default, in the closet of the unit.

King = true king bed
Queen = true queen bed

Dsofa = double size pullout sleeper sofa
Murphy = queen size murphy/pulldown bed (sample pic)
Bunk = one person pulldown/hidden bed (sample pic)

STUDIOS vs ONE BED VILLAS: The one bed villa name is a little misleading. The unit does not consist of one large room; it actually has a PRIVATE bedroom in addition to the living room / full kitchen. A deluxe studio has a kitchenette but no private room.

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE POLYNESIAN? The polynesian was only built with studios. That is not a typo.

LOCK-OFF CONFIGURATIONS Some DVC resorts may come in additional configurations, called lock-offs. These rare configurations, for simplicity, are not listed below.
