A Price Best For You
We allow you control over your
rate per point! Set the rate you want. Click

You are paid the exact price that you set when your
points rent. We take our fees from the renter NOT YOU. For example: if you set your rental price at $10 and you successfully rent out 90 points, you
are paid $900 (90 X 10). For quicker sales and if points are going to expire soon you should always list at a low price.
Will Your Points Sell? Demand is extremely high and we are crazy good at what we do. The vast majority of points rent out
if you give us enough notice and they are priced correctly. We also guarantee sales in some cases (show guarantee rules) but we have
never had to enforce this guarantee clause because we always get stuff be default.
Guaranteed Sales
Let us be clear first: the majority of points that owners offer, no matter the home resort or expiration date, get rented. We work very hard to make sure your process is easy and you get points sold. We combine technology, advertising, superb customer service and a vast network of previous clients to make sure that sales go through. However, we do offer an enhanced guarantee in some cases:
Guarantee Rules:
For Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian, Boulder Ridge, Grand Floridian, Boardwalk, Beach Club, Riviera:
1) You must list at least 100 points for rent that have an expiration of 7 months or greater (note that we accept points with closer expiration dates).
2) You must choose the option to have
us do all the work for you.
3) Despite our best efforts, if we are not able to rent out at least 80% of your listed points, we will give you a $200.00 bonus. We've never had to pay this out.
For all other resorts:
1) You must list at least 100 points for rent that have an expiration of 7 months or greater (note that we do take points with closer expiration dates).
2) You must choose the option to have
us do all the work for you.
3) Despite our best efforts, if we are not able to rent out at least 80% of your listed points, we will give you a $100.00 bonus. We've never had to pay this out.
If you don't fit into the above:
Remember, it's highly rare that we don't rent points regardless of terms. They are all in high demand. So do list.

system, we do not allow advance grabbing of dates in order to raise values.
