DVC EXISTING RENTAL LISTINGS:
Existing rental rules: existing rental listings are allowed on a case-by-case basis, where (1) an emergency exists or (2) it is likely that a dvc owner will not be able to rent out points due to system sellouts. If this is not the case, an existing rental should be cancelled and rental points should be listed normally on our dvc point listing system.
In order to preserve the integrity of the DVC system, existing rentals may never be used to "capture popular dates" or create artificial demand at higher prices. We do not allow this in any way.
If you have one of these emergency cases, please fill out the form below and our team will manually evaluate your dates for inclusion in the system. If accepted, we will send your dates out to our emergency mailing list, where it is likely (if properly priced) a renter will grab your dates. Staff replies will normally normally come in less than 24 hours.
